I am the founder of TheMDJourney.com which I started as a 2nd-year med student to help others succeed in their medical journey with less stress by sharing my successes & failures. 

Like you I felt the anxiety every semester around mid-terms and finals. 

How would I deal with the workload, amount of lectures, and information?

Was I even smart enough to do well on the test?

How was I going to balance multiple courses and exam prep over the next few days? 

Where do I even start? 

The doubts were endless. And I couldn’t find any solid resources on how to do well. 

I just kept hearing that I’d have to “figure it out.” and be okay with all-nighters. 

I went through countless long study days, minimal sleep, and a whole lot of unnecessary stress to learn how to prep for final exams. 

But I did finally figure it out!

And I started to: 

• Become efficient at scheduling my entire finals schedule in just 1-2 hours for the entire prep
• Learned the study strategies that increased my retention & grades 
• Learned how to audible & adjust to make changes whenever I procrastinated, thrown off my schedule, or was just affected by life circumstances. 
• Finally started to see the A’s I always wanted on my exams 

Over time I created my own system to not only surive finals – but crush them.
