"I was able to make some much needed adjustments to my study schedule."
I found the study accelerator program to be helpful in terms of breaking down my study methods and helping me figure out how to be more efficient. I have had to adjust the ways I study many times it feels like throughout medical school so far and often find that my main issue is managing my time. The excel sheet was extremely helpful in showing me how effective or ineffective some of my methods were and after seeing it all laid out, I was able to make some much needed adjustments to my study schedule. I definitely feel like I am making more efficient use of my time and focusing on more active than passive study strategies and am seeing improvement in my Qbank scores.

"The way everything is tracked is nice!"
I liked the equation and how that one equation helps encompass your motivation to study efficiency and time. The way everything is tracked is nice. I also like the happiness inclusion because as med students we are taught u must only study and suffer. That is noble. And the passive vs active learning was important.

"Absolutely loved the step-by-step guide throughout all of the lessons!"
Absolutely loved the step-by-step guide throughout all of the lessons. I found the MIM and boosting motivation sessions particularly helpful and presented in a very comprehensive and easy-to-understand way. I also loved how you build on the content mentioned in the video before and using the same examples to show the 'before and after' as it were. You actually explain how to make studying more efficient/effective e.g. how to reduce the time making flashcards. The efficiency calculator worksheet that accompanies it is also really helpful too. But in summary, I loved it!

"It's sort of like you're reverse-engineering your success in school."
I liked how the course allowed me to identify my study strengths and weakness in an honest light. From this, I could systematically gauge my study methods in a way that maximizes my daily routine. It's sort of like you're reverse-engineering your success in school. The course allows you to first see yourself as a successful student and then discover the fundamental study tools that move you towards the success you're looking for.

"I love how at the outset itself you've made the course to the point without wasting any time "
I love how at the outset itself you've made the course to the point without wasting any time and these new visuals are really interesting, makes us want to study and actually excited.
The study efficiency formula is not emphasised much and this course outline does a great job at it.
The idea of hit list from class lectures and then using it on the whiteboard session is something I'm definitely going to implement from hereon.
The pre framing of questions so that we actively listen to lectures is an amazing idea, I cannot thank you enough.
Happiness inclusion system was something I kept avoiding thinking it would hamper my study schedule. Little did I realize, I was going downhill on the motivation aspect which as you rightly said is underemphasized!
The 1% tinkering is definitely going to help a lot of students, the one hour per week approach initially gave me anxiety but I know it will be very helpful in the long run.

"I enjoyed the in-depth explanations of how to maximize your study time to improve grades."
I enjoyed the in-depth explanations of how to maximize your study time to improve grades. Having you go over each sheet of the worksheet with examples of how you would do it in real life made it relatable to medical students.

"The use of graphs & numerical data really appealed to me because they help to make progress measurable."
The use of graphs & numerical data really appealed to me because they help to make progress measurable. It was useful to have all of the resources in one editable spreadsheet that can be adjusted long-term rather than as separate files that need to be formatted. Seeing your examples in the videos gave me a better idea of how to implement the concepts into my own study plan. The sections on energy stacking & identifying your MIM were particularly insightful because I realised that I underuse my MIM and often attempt it when my energy is low.

"I am sure all the tips that you have mentioned in the rapid study accelerator program will help improve my study efficiency in the long run. Thank you so much."
I found it really helpful. Going through the videos in the program actually helped me find out the pitfalls in my own study system. I have introduced a few active reading techniques to my study system and I have begun plotting my motivation and retention graph for each technique. I am sure all the tips that you have mentioned in the rapid study accelerator program will help improve my study efficiency in the long run. Thank you so much.

"You really opened my eyes to my study methods that are not so beneficial for me"
Thank you very much for this Study Accelerator Program. Everything about the program is well explained and concise. I really liked the MIM or Most Impactful Method especially the part about Motivation graphing as well as Retention graphing. This program has really opened my eyes to my study methods that are not so beneficial for me and I am now trying to change it to the more effective ones.

"I have read a lot of study technique books, but this is the first time I have heard of some of these"
I liked how there were new concepts that I haven’t seen before. I have read a lot of study technique books, but this is the first time I have heard of some of these. I liked that the videos were short!

"You have great practical tips to actually make doing this attainable."
I really enjoyed that you talked about high yield things and you didn’t just tell us basic techniques that we really already know about. I also enjoyed how you included the worksheets for us so we could do them as you were doing them. Even the videos you gave us were short and efficient didn’t waste a lot of time. You have great practical tips to actually make doing this attainable.

"Overall, I think it was a great program that was organized very well"
This program has several unique insights on time management that I will be using when I start medical school! I really liked your "How to find your most impactful method video" because it gave concrete examples on how students can utilize their most impactful study method and passive studying methods to be more productive and efficient in a shorter amount of time. I appreciate how throughout the course you mentioned several strategies students can use to help them study better, especially the example where you walked us through how you would take notes for a lecture on Afib by asking yourself questions and getting that answer from the lecture and the book. Overall, I think it was a great program that was organized very well, and I really appreciated the Excel sheet included with the program because it helped me engage with your lessons better.

"The excel worksheets along with the high quality videos were great components of the program"
I was pleasantly surprised that the program offered practical steps and guidelines to achieve the goals it listed. The excel worksheets along with the high quality videos were great components of the program. The techniques offered by the program were unique and if one is able to truly commit and be honest with oneself in grading him/herself, then the techniques might prove to be incredibly helpful.

"The formula for efficiency is very useful."
The program is brief but comprehensive. I never actually considered observing my energy patterns until I watched the video that highlighted its importance. The formula for efficiency is very useful. It is like a mental model version of the Pareto Principle which can be also used in different areas of life.

"I can see some methods of studying that completely wasted so much time that I shouldn't have even used to begin with. Really glad to have found this before I start my first clinical year"
I really like how it allows me to take a step back and review my study methods as I am still struggling with finding a study method that works. I've found anki, and I love it, but I feel I really could be more efficient with my time. Even just assessing impact and motivation for my studying techniques, I can see some methods of studying that completely wasted so much time that I shouldn't have even used to begin with. Really glad to have found this before I start my first clinical year, so I hopefully can get myself sorted before them!

"I could directly apply it to my own results in the sheet and directly reflect on it. "
I really liked how structured the whole program was, each module had a specific topic but you constantly relayed back to the previous one, that way there was a continuum/clear red thread I was following along with you. The fact that after each module, there was some kind of "homework" in the excel sheet and that you were urging to do that before continuing on to the next video. It created a sort of interactive aspect in my opinion. That way whatever you were saying in the next video, I could directly apply it to my own results in the sheet and directly reflect on it. .The use of graphs and concrete examples in your video (for instance what you'd do, examples of MIM, ...) and showing how to increase / decrease time with visuals; works way better than simply saying it! . Short and to the point!

Overall, I would recommend the Study Accelerator Program to anyone who is like me and needs a little extra help with streamlining their study methods!
The audio & visuals are great and extremely user friendly. I appreciate the organization of the module and included worksheets to not only follow along with, but also have the opportunity to fill in pre-made cells. On top of that, I loved how it was personalized in a way that created easy to read graphs with my entered data. Overall, I would recommend the Study Accelerator Program to anyone who is like me and needs a little extra help with streamlining their study methods!

"Lakshya put thought into each step of the process and tried to train us as a coach to identify our problems in study efficiency. I love how he approached each topic"
Lakshya put thought into each step of the process and tried to train us as a coach to identify our problems in study efficiency. I love how he approached each topic like you would do for any topic in medicine- mechanism/formulation of certain truth or study tip, identification of weaknesses of inefficiency which deviates from the formula and concrete examples to help us put it to practice. It was a good program that guides you to find your weaknesses!

"Really helped me be more effective with my work."
I liked the method of how to practice active learning during lectures, happiness inclusion and motivation graphing since I could never figure out what to do in productivity dips during the afternoon. I especially liked the 'test tomorrow' trick to discover my most effective study strategies. This program helped me realize my most passive, useless study methods and I'm trying to use them to a minimum. I tried reducing one hour from my study time, as you said, and that really helped me be more effective with my work.
